I spiced up my favorite veggie fried rice with a little red turmeric. They make vegan, gluten free superfoods. They make superfoods like turmeric, quinoa and hemp seeds but they also make make really fun superfoods so I recommend checking out the website! The recipe for the rice is below.
My Veggie Fried Rice With a Little Red Turmeric Recipe

Ingredients : 

3 tbsp tamari
2 tsp rice vinegar
½ tsp @suncorefoods red turmeric powder
½ tsp ginger powder
2 tsp sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
1/3 cup sliced carrots
½ small sweet onion, sliced
3 cups cooked rice

Directions:
  1. In a small bowl, mix the tamari, rice vinegar, turmeric powder, ginger powder, sugar and garlic. Mix just until combined.
  2. Heat the olive oil in large pan over medium heat. Then add in the remaining ingredients, excluding the rice. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the rice into the pan and mix until the veggies are incorporated.
  3. Make a well in the middle of the pan, and pour the tamari mixture into the middle of the pan. Once it starts to bubble, stir all of the ingredients together until combined. Saute for about 2 more minutes, stirring frequently. Serve immediately.
