 And I promise you, if you want that top 10% physique, eating whole foods will get you there much faster. With that said - here are the basics of a well rounded keto diet


 1. Meat, egg and fish


Meats, eggs, and fish will be the focal point of your meals. Aim for fattier cuts of meat and fish and eat the whole egg. All will be solid sources of protein as well as healthy saturated and monounsaturated fats and cholesterol. Before a certain dietary sect comes in preaching - modern research has shown cholesterol has no negative effects on cardiovascular health

 2. Dark leafy veggies



Dark leafy veggies will be your go to for magnesium, potassium, zinc, and all kinds of other awesome nutrients. Plus, eating them with a fat source will 10x your nutrient absorption.

3. Nuts ans seeds



Nuts and seeds are awesome go to snacks. I'm a fan of macadamia nuts and brazil nuts for their T boosting properties.

4. Oil and butter


Oils and butter is what you'll cook those delicious meats and veggies in. Stay away from canola oil, peanut oil, grapeseed oil, safflower oil, etc. Go for olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, grass fed butter and ghee. .
